Nous proposons des solutions et services pour le traitement des données, la gestion de la conformité, la distribution des produits, la délégation de gestion et la mise en œuvre des services différenciants.

Aujourd’hui, nous sommes à la recherche d’un Sales/KAM (H/F) pour renforcer notre équipe. Vous aurez la responsabilité d’identifier de nouveaux leads et faire grandir votre portefeuille clients existants.


En tant que Sales/KAM, vous serez responsable du cycle complet de vente, de la prospection à la fidélisation client.


Vos missions :

Prospection et développement

  • Cibler et développer un portefeuille de prospects ;
  • Identifier les cibles afin de créer des opportunités pour développer notre chiffre d’affaires ;
  • Être le représentant de l'entreprise sur le secteur, et à ce titre, promouvoir l'image et les offres notamment lors des événements organisés auxquels l’entreprise participe (salons…) ;
  • Adresser du C-level et être en capacité de développer des grands comptes et des plans de comptes associés ;


Découverte et qualification du besoin

  • Analyser et comprendre les besoins des clients/prospects ;
  • Evaluer le processus de décision et établir un « mapping » du compte ;
  • Détecter et identifier des opportunités ;
  • Evaluer la faisabilité d'une vente ;


Réponse aux appels d'offres

  • Préparer et collaborer avec les personnes impliquées pour répondre aux appels d’offres ;
  • Rédiger la proposition commerciale en mettant en avant les avantages et les caractéristiques du produit/service ;
  • Assurer la continuité et le développement des relations avec les décideurs côté client pendant cette phase de consultation ;


Négociation/ phase contractuelle

  • Être en charge de la négociation des termes commerciaux, des prix, et des conditions de contrat ;


Contractualisation

  • Finaliser les détails du contrat, en lien avec les équipes juridiques de l’entreprise et du client ;
  • Coordonner les différentes directions en interne pour la finalisation contractuelle ;
  • Assurer le closing ;


Fidélisation

  • Faire grandir votre portefeuille clients en proposant des solutions complémentaires (cross-selling & up-selling) ;
  • Conseiller et fournir des recommandations adaptées aux besoins de nos clients et prospects ;
  • Assurer un suivi de qualité pour garantir la satisfaction de nos clients à long terme ;
  • Assurer une veille sur les actualités des clients et prospects ;

Vous participerez également à l’amélioration continue de notre stratégie commerciale.


De formation commerciale entre BAC+2 et BAC+5, vous êtes confirmé(e) dans la fonction de Sales, et avez des expériences réussies dans la vente complexe à fort enjeux, idéalement, une connaissance du secteur d’activité de la Santé/Prévoyance.


Vous avez la capacité de mettre en place des actions de cross-selling et up-selling. Vous faites preuve d'une bonne capacité d'écoute, d'empathie et d'une intelligence de situation.
