Rattaché au Directeur Technique et Prévention des risques, vous avez pour mission de gérer le plan de performance énergétique de l'enseigne BUT

Vous avez ainsi pour mission le suivi des obligations règlementaires :
- Décret tertiaire
- Bornes électriques
- Gestion Technique des Bâtiments (GTB)
- Cartographie des sites
- Audits énergétiques
- Assurer les déclarations règlementaires sur la plateforme OPERAT (ADEME)
- Elaboration du plan de travaux bailleurs et BUT échéance 2030

mais aussi le management de la performance énergétique :
- Consolidations et mise à jour des données dans l'outil de monitoring
- Analyse et suivi des dérives de consommations
- Préparation de l'évolution de l'outil de monitoring (Eau, Déchets, GTB)
- Mise à jour des compteurs (Numéro de PDL, doublons, régies locales, migration tarif vert / tarif jaune)
- Ajuster pour DAI la réactualisation des puissances souscrites chaque année
- Participer activement avec la DAI a la stratégie d'achats d'énergies
- Mise en place d'un reporting de suivi des consommations automatique

Le profil recherché

De formation supérieure en efficacité énergétique, vous témoignez d'une expérience de minimum 2 ans sur un poste similaire. Vous connaissez les techniques de Génie électrique, Génie climatique et de SME (Système de management de l'énergie).

Vous êtes reconnus pour vos compétences relationnelles et votre capacité d'analyse et de synthèse.
