Chez Akimbo, le Revenue Operations Leader va jouer un rôle décisif dans le développement de la société. Il sera en charge de conseiller et coacher nos clients sur les sujets Revenue / Sales Operations.

Tes principales missions seront :

#1 - Accompagner nos clients et assurer un NPS >60 sur les missions.

Réaliser les missions clients sur un large spectre de sujets - par exemple : diagnostic de l'organisation commerciale, implémentation d'un nouveau CRM, refonte du modèle de variable, optimisation des process pour fluidifier la coopération entre les équipes, refonte du funnel de vente, définition des meilleurs indicateurs de performance etc. Créer, développer une bonne relation humaine avec nos clients, notamment par une présence occasionnelle dans leurs locaux. Assurer le bon reporting des missions dans un objectif de pérenniser nos clients notamment avec un enjeu d'upsell et de Xsell. Templatiser la réalisation des missions pour enrichir notre expertise et notre base de savoirs internes. #2 - Assurer l'avant-vente avec nos Sales Leaders. Participer aux phases d'avant-vente sur des projets Revenue / Sales Operations pour maximiser nos chances de closer. Participer à l'évolution de notre offre en Revenue / Sales Operations (positionnement, prestations d'accompagnement proposées, grille tarifaire...) pour maximiser notre croissance et la satisfaction clients. En temps 2, sourcer des opportunités de mission en complément de celles sourcées par les Sales Leaders, via le réseau, les événements et le referral clients. #3 - Construire et coacher la meilleure équipe Revenue Operations. A moyen terme, sourcer et recruter les meilleurs talents Sales Ops juniors en reprenant notre process de recrutement. Onboarder et coacher l'équipe en continu aux côtés du CEO et du reste de l'équipe Akimbo. Rendre l'équipe visible en publiant régulièrement sur LinkedIn et les communautés RevOps (ex : Business Operations Network), rester en veille permanente pour le recrutement. Semaine-type Répartition d'une semaine type (projections) : #1 - Accompagner nos clients et assurer un NPS >60 sur les missions : 3.5 j / semaine #2 - Assurer l'avant-vente avec nos Sales Leaders : 1j / semaine #3 - Construire et coacher la meilleure équipe Revenue Operations : 0.5j / semaine Place dans l'organisation Report direct au CEO. Collabore avec le Sales Services Director sur l'offre et le recrutement de l'équipe. Collabore avec les Sales Leaders et le Marketing sur le développement de l'activité.
