Rattaché à un Manager de Pôle :

* Vous êtes en charge d'identifier un portefeuille clients ciblés via des outils CRM performant,
* Vous êtes en charge de prospecter et d'ouvrir des comptes pour des postes dans le domaine digitale/web marketing,
* Vous devez ensuite gérer le process de recrutement pour ces postes de A à Z,
* Vous devez trouver les profils du clients et rencontrer les candidats potentiels,
* Vous êtes en charge du suivi du process d'entretiens client,
* Vous devez suivre la finalisation de l'offre et leur intégration.

Quel est le profil idéal ?

De formation Bac +4 minimum de type commercial ou marketing, vous avez une expérience significative en tant que Sales/Account Manager/Business Developper/Directeur de Clientèle en agence ou chez l'annonceur dans l'univers des solutions digitales ou du service.

Vous avez une bonne connaissance du secteur du digital et vous aimez la vente-conseil à forte valeur ajoutée.
