The CRM Manager at Eversun will be responsible for managing and optimizing our HubSpot CRM system while driving revenue operations to enhance efficiency and profitability. This role is crucial in aligning our sales marketing and customer success teams ensuring seamless processes that lead to increased customer engagement and revenue growth.
Tasks- Administer maintain and optimize the HubSpot CRM platform to support Eversuns business objectives ensuring data integrity accuracy and consistency.
- Develop and implement strategies within HubSpot to enhance customer engagement lead nurturing and retention while providing training and support to team members on best practices.
- Collaborate with sales CS and marketing teams to streamline revenuerelated processes improve operational efficiency and align crossfunctional initiatives to maximize revenue.
- Analyze sales and revenue data to identify trends optimize pricing strategies and uncover growth opportunities.
- Implement tools and processes within HubSpot to enhance pipeline management sales forecasting and reporting.
- Support the development of sales incentives compensation planning and pricing models.
- Monitor HubSpot performance metrics generate actionable reports and provide insights to drive continuous improvement in revenuegenerating activities.
- 13 years of experience in CRM management specifically with HubSpot and/or revenue operations.
- English full professional proficiency
- Proven track record of optimizing CRM systems and driving revenue growth in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a datadriven mindset.
- Experience with revenue operations tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication organizational and project management skills.
