Rattaché(e) au Directeur des Ventes Internationales, basé(e) au siège à Paris, vous prenez en charge et développez l'activité commerciale sur l'ensemble du territoire. Votre périmètre de responsabilités comprendra entre autre:
- La définition et la mise en place de la stratégie commerciale et marketing sur la zone.
- Le management et le développement de l'équipe commerciale située dans les pays de la zone à travers des tournées régulières et visites de comptes clés distributeurs et utilisateurs.
- Le management de la distribution en direct dans quelques pays.
Profil recherché
De formation Bac+4/5 (type Ecole de Commerce), vous bénéficiez d'une expérience commerciale puis managériale réussie de minimum 5 ans dans la vente auprès de distributeurs à l'international, idéalement dans les métiers du Food Service.
La négociation, le management et l'export n'ont aucun secret pour vous.
Doté(e) d'une bonne aisance relationnelle, vous êtes analytique, rigoureux(se), organisé(e) et faites preuve d'un réel sens du résultat.
Vous êtes familier avec l'usage des outils CRM et bureautiques.
Votre capacité à proposer une « vision-stratégie » et à la déployer sur le plan opérationnel est reconnue.
Maîtrise de l'Anglais et Espagnol obligatoire. Le Portugais serait un plus.
Déplacements sur zone représentant 50% de la mission.
