About PRONOE

PRONOE is a pioneering ocean CO2 removal startup based in France. Our mission is to restore the ocean's natural capacity to permanently remove CO2 from the air in a sustainable, scalable, and asset-light manner.

Main Objectives

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnership Manager to join our Management team. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to our commercial and business development while gaining valuable insights into entrepreneurship, sustainability, innovation, and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Seek, build, and strengthen international partnerships across the CO2 removal value chain;
  • Ideate, support, and contribute to engagement and marketing activities;
  • Draft, review, and formalize key business assets, including documentation and presentations;
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in scientific English, good writing, and oral communication skills;
  • Autonomy, flexibility, and adaptability, together with a results-oriented mindset;
  • A pragmatic, autonomous, and rigorous individual with analytical and synthetic thinking;
  • An open-minded, humble, reliable, and trustworthy team player;
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of €1000/month and a chance to be part of a dynamic and innovative team. As a Strategic Partnership Manager, you will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of strategic and management topics in a fast-paced startup environment.

Practicalities

This is a 4-6 month contract, based in Paris (France), with travel opportunities in France and Europe.
