Votre mission:

- Gestion, développement et suivi du portefeuille clients et partenaires
- Prospection et ouverture de comptes et partenariats
- Compréhension du besoin, appréhension du secteur d’activité
- Proposition de solutions (ATG, Forfait) et réponses aux appels d’offre
- Élaboration de propositions commerciales, négociation et closing
- Gestion des dossiers de référencements et suivi des contrats
- Suivi des consultants (gestion des remplacements, des congés, fin de missions, souhait d’évolution et de formation)
- Préparation aux entretiens clients
- Interface avec le service Recrutement dans le cadre de la validation des profils
- Bien renseigner le stack commercial : du lead au closing

Profil recherché:
Vous avez minimum 6 ans d’expérience sur un poste similaire, en ESN ou dans le secteur des nouvelles technologies, et vous possédez:

- Des capacités d’adaptation et d’agilité pour prendre en charge des sujets très variés, dans un environnement complexe, dynamique et en mouvement.
- Un réseau de partenaires dans les différentes et institution sera un plus.
- Vous avez un vrai tempérament de chasseur et de la pugnacité
- Vous êtes organisé, persévérant, autonome, curieux et ambitieux Vous avez un esprit d'équipe, une volonté d'excellence alliée à une bonne humeur à toute épreuve
- Vous êtes expert dans l'utilisation d'un CRM, idéalement Pipedrive et Boond Manager
- Vous avez d'excellentes capacités de communication orale et écrite (langue maternelle française et bilingue anglais) et disposez d’une forte capacitée d'écoute active et d'intelligence émotionnelle.
