JOB PROFILE: Sales Enablement manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
To support our growth in Europe, Sales enablement manager collaborate with all teams from go to market and transversal projects. Her / his role will be to define and execute Marketing Strategic Initiatives to create differentiation on the market while improving existing solutions and define standards for the new ones.

Main responsibilities will be:

- Diagnostic & Benchmark current story, image, positioning & set-up versus future positioning target, creating additional assets and content for offer managers
- Research Market and competition trends supporting positioning and value proposition for each solution designed by offer managers
- Manage consistency between all offers and verticals by providing all necessary changes to create alignment
- Manage transformation from technical/features product roadmaps to business benefits/incremental value ones by challenging, or creating relevant assets
- Consolidate all GSV identified personas creating a unified approach
- Create a unique positioning to introduce GSV, with all elements (presentation) sales teams need
- Produce guidelines supporting our approach
- Collaborate on all offers sales deck construction to ensure quality and consistency
- Participate to customer facing ad’hoc sales initiatives
- Bridge with group marketing regarding our activities ensuring alignment and consistency between all go to market organisations
- Ensure with group marketing, GSV positioning per verticals and assets are identified and supported
- Manage GSV success stories (internal, external), monitor follow up and identify wins for new stories creation
- Create press releases for customer wins
- Support offer managers regarding innovation workshops, trends, global innovation in the payment landscape
- Constantly benchmark all global competitors Marketing strategy and best practices
- Manage Interface with Internal Stakeholders (GSM, Corp strategy, investors relations,..) around GSV topics

- Strong knowledge of Marketing (strategy, customers, positioning,..),
- Ability to bring customer demand inside the organization
- Strong international & Global mindset : able to work cross geographies & cross BUs, in a multicultural & matrix Organization context

**Functional competencies**:

- Excellent communication (written and verbal), listening and interpersonal influencing skills
- Digital capabilities (intranet management, sharepoint)
- Copywriting capabilities

**Languages (**good level required**)**:

- English / English business fluent
- French is a plus

**Education Qualifications / Experience Requirements**:

- Minimum Master’s degree: Business School and/or Engineer
- 8 years of B2B marketing or business position
