Gérer les opérations administratives, techniques et commerciales relatives aux comptes clients qui vous sont attribués
- Prendre en charge l’organisation de la solution de transport, trouver la solution la plus rapide et la plus rentable au transit des marchandises
- Suivre l’acheminement de la marchandise afin de tenir informé le client
- Assurer le contact client et relationnel
- Veiller à la satisfaction de la clientèle en leur proposant des solutions adaptées à leurs besoins
- Suivi de la rentabilité des dossiers et assurer la facturation client
- Bac+2 Transport Logistique ou Commerce International
- Expérience minimum de 3 ans sur un poste similaire, dans le secteur overseas
- Maitrise des outils bureautiques (Word, Excel)
- Maitrise de l’anglais professionnel
- Connaissance impérative des incoterms
- Organisé, sens relation client, résistant au stress
