**Representative Responsibilities**:

- Gestion stratégique, tactique et opérationnelle de clients clés au niveau de la direction Générale
- Identifier les opportunités de vente et les voies de distribution
- Définir la structure des remises, les niveaux de prix et la motivation pour les nouvelles affaires pour le concessionnaire ou le distributeur individuel.
- Soutenir et assister les revendeurs ou les distributeurs auprès des consultants, des concepteurs d'éclairage et des utilisateurs finaux.
- Faire des démonstrations et des formations sur l'équipement pour les consultants, les concepteurs d'éclairage, les revendeurs, les distributeurs et les utilisateurs finaux.
- Participer à des salons professionnels à la demande du directeur des ventes.
- Recueillir les informations et les besoins du territoire et les communiquer à l'équipe de vente et aux autres départements.
- Produire des rapports mensuels sur le territoire.
- Établir et entretenir des relations avec les clients, les revendeurs et les clients potentiels.
- Maintenir une bonne réputation au sein de l'industrie (cela peut inclure la participation à des organisations industrielles ou similaires).
- Assurer la liaison avec l'entreprise en cas de besoin
- Aider à résoudre les problèmes et les obstacles internes que les clients peuvent rencontrer.
- Effectuer d'autres tâches qui lui sont confiées

**Exigences Minimales**:

- Plusieurs années d'expérience commerciale/technique dans le secteur de l'éclairage.
- Connaissance de la gamme complète des produits ETC et de la concurrence équivalente
- Expérience de la vente
- Capacité à comprendre les tâches stratégiques, tactiques et opérationnelles qui doivent être accomplies
- Solides compétences en matière de communication et de présentation
- Capacité à voyager beaucoup dans la région désignée
- Capacité à respecter un emploi du temps flexible
- Compétences informatiques, y compris MS Office
- Connaissance de l'utilisation de petits outils manuels
- Capacité à parler un bon anglais

**Representative Responsibilities**:

- Strategic, tactical and operational management of key clients on senior management levels
- Identify sales opportunities and distribution paths
- Set discount structure, price levels and motivation for new business for the individual dealer or distributor
- Support and assist the dealers or distributors with consultants, lighting designers and end users
- Provide demonstration and training on equipment for consultants, lighting designers, dealers, distributors and end users
- Attend trade shows as requested by Sales Manager
- Collect inputs and needs of the territory & communicate these to the sales team and other departments
- Generate monthly territory reports
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, dealers, and potential clients
- Maintain a reputable profile within the industry (this may include participation of industry organizations or similar)
- Acts as an internal company liaison when necessary
- Helps fix problems and obstacles internally that customers may have
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Several years of commercial/technical background and experience from the lighting industry
- Knowledge of full ETC product line and equivalent competition
- Sales experience
- Ability to understand the strategic, tactical and operational tasks which must be fulfilled
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to travel extensively throughout the designated region
- Ability to keep a flexible schedule
- Computer skills, including MS Office
- Knowledge of the use of small hand tools
- Ability to speak good English
