TALENTS EXECUTIVE (Groupe Linking Talents) est un cabinet de
recrutement qui a pour vocation d'accompagner les entreprises dans la
recherche de leurs cadres sur l'ensemble des fonctions support.
Notre client est basé à Paris, spécialisé dans l'hôtellerie de
luxe.
Dans le cadre de sa croissance, il est à la recherche d'un(e) GUEST
RELATION MANGER H/F pour une opportunité en CDI.
Vous êtes rattaché(e) au Head of Guest Experience, et évoluez au
sein du service en charge de la satisfaction des clients.
Vous êtes garant de l'image de l'entreprise et de l'expérience
client.
Vos missions consistent à:

- Accompagner les clients durant leur réservation ;
- Traiter les demandes des clients (téléphoniques et courriel) via

les outils digitaux ;
- Assurer une permanence téléphonique ;
- Gérer les réclamations ou retours des clients ;
- Répondre quotidiennement aux avis sur internet via la plateforme et

celle des OTA ;

**Description du profil**: Vous justifiez de 3 à 5 années d'expérience minimum dans le milieu

du luxe, immobilier ou de l'hôtellerie.

Vous avez le sens du contact ; le souci du client et un esprit de

service ;
Vous avez une aisance relationnelle et êtes attentif(ve) au

bien-être de la clientèle ;
Vous maîtrisez Office & les outils digitaux ;
Vous êtes reconnu (e) pour vos excellentes compétences

organisationnelles et votre sensibilité à l'univers du Luxe ;
Vous avez un niveau d'anglais courant, une autre langue maitrisée

serait un plus ;
Du lundi au vendredi.

Rémunération : à partir de 35k selon le profil
