Customer Support Specialist

Requarments:
- Native French speaker with excellent command of English.
- Strong empathy and communication skills.
- Ability to work with a second screen for enhanced productivity.
- Availability for training starting 1-2 weeks before the launch date.
- Empathetic and ability to deal with a sensitive condition in a mature, supportive manner.
- Attentive to detail.
- A friendly person with a desire to help people;
- Familiarity with PC to be able to learn new platforms
Responsibility:
- Assist customers in selecting the most suitable products based on their needs.
- Communicate effectively and empathetically to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
- Ability to deal with a sensitive condition (incontinence) in a mature, supportive manner
- Translate information from English to French as needed.
- Utilize CRM tools such as Slack, Gorgias, and Shopify to manage customer interactions.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
Will be as plus:
- Experience in CS or retail.
- Copywriting experience.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Slack, Gorgias, Shopify).
- Knowledge of the Dutch or German language.
We offer:
- Probationary period: 2 months
- Working hours schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (EU time zone)
- Training: 1-2 weeks
- 18 days of paid vacation and paid sick days
- Remote job
Pay: 1,800.00€ - 1,900.00€ per month
