Nous sommes à la recherche de notre futur.e **Business Development Manager H/F** pour notre segment Tertiaire sur la zone Europe. Le poste est basé sur Paris.

Rattaché.e au Vice President Project Business Segment, vous rejoindrez notre équipe dédiée et contribuerez activement à optimiser l’impact de nos actions pour accroître notre profitabilité et la satisfaction de nos clients.

Vos **principales missions** seront de:

- Construire le réseau des tableautiers dans les différents pays de la zone Europe
- Définir les plan d'actions avec les pays, notamment avec les Project Segment Business Leaders
- Piloter et soutenir le déploiement du programme de fidélisation
- Définir, mettre en place et maintenir les programmes de fidélisation pour les tableautiers (et potentiellement pour d'autres clients cibles pertinents pour votre segment de marché) dans tous les pays, en coopération avec l'organisation commerciale des différentes filiales
- Animer le réseau des tableautiers et des stakeholders internes
- Coordonner toutes les initiatives liées aux besoins des tableautiers au sein de tous les départements, tels que le marketing client, le marketing produits, la supply chain, etc.
- Coordonner les projets/comptes globaux en fonction des opportunités commerciales
- Piloter ou contribuer à des initiatives pour votre segment de marché, sans se limiter à votre cible prioritaire

Dans ce rôle, vous serez garant de l’atteinte des objectifs en termes de chiffre d’affaires et de marge pour votre cible client.

Le poste de Business Development Manager est une création de poste qui requiert une grande autonomie, un esprit entrepreneur et une capacité à mener des réflexions stratégiques tout en manageant les missions et le support du quotidien. Ce poste vous permettra aussi d’évoluer dans un environnement en mouvement et de vous déplacer régulièrement en Europe.

**Votre profil**

Vous êtes diplômé.e d’un Master ou équivalent en commerce/marketing/business development

Vous avez une expérience de 8 ans minimum au sein d’un environnement commercial BtoB axée sur la stratégie, la performance commerciale ainsi que les processus et outils (notamment CRM)

Des connaissances en électrotechnique ou dans une industrie similaire sont indispensables. Une expérience avec des tableautiers serait un plus.

Votre leadership et vos compétences en management de projets dans un environnement cross-fonctionnel et international seront nécessaires pour réussir à ce poste.

Vos compétences analytiques seront indispensables pour gérer efficacement et interpréter les données permettant d’identifier les points critiques et les opportunités, évaluer les solutions et fournir des recommandations claires pour développer les ventes.

Vous avez un niveau d’anglais courant (oral et écrit). Le français ou l’allemand comme seconde langue serait un plus.
