Nous recherchons actuellement un.e Business Development - Portfolio Expansion France/Bénélux en CDD de 15 mois (mars 2024 à juin 2025) pour rejoindre notre équipe basée à Montpellier.

FINALITE DU POSTE

Manager Portfolio Expansion dans le sourcing et l’intégration de nouveaux produits pharmaceutiques:

- Identifier les besoins des unités commerciales Pharma OTC et Pharma Rx pour développer le business
- Travailler en interface avec les services Affaires Règlementaires, Marketing, Qualité, Procurement et Logistique.

MISSIONS

Recherche de nouvelles opportunités de lancement de produits et de fournisseurs dans le respect de la stratégie de chaque unité commerciale et réalisation d’études de marché

Participation active dans la gestion de projet d’intégration de nouveaux produits dans le respect des process internes et des délais impartis (collecter l’ensemble des documents nécessaires à la création de nouveaux produits et nouveaux fournisseurs, coordonner les différents intervenants dans le processus d’approbation).

Contacts réguliers avec les fournisseurs (animation de conférences téléphoniques, suivi des demandes...) pour réaliser les projets d'intégration dans les temps.

Aide à la rédaction en anglais de contrats de partenariat (acquisition, distribution) en étroite collaboration avec les services juridiques et achats/approvisionnement européens dans le respect des procédures de conformité internes de gestion des contrats.

Elaboration de Business Cases et de prévisionnels de ventes

S’engage à respecter les dispositions règlementaires applicables aux activités pharmaceutiques sur lesquelles il intervient.

PROFIL

Master 1 ou Master 2 Ecole de Commerce ou pharmacien (Pharmacie industrielle) avec troisième cycle en Business strategy / Marketing stratégique (en cours).

Maîtrise de l’anglais (écrit et oral).

Maîtrise de l’outil informatique (Powerpoint, Excel, Word).
