StratX Simulations is the global leader in business learning simulations, serving universities and corporations in over 80 countries, from offices in Paris and Boston. We are looking for a Customer Experience Manager to be part of our team based in Paris.
**What We Do**:
- We have been shaping the world of business learning with our experiential learning solutions
- StratX offers business learning simulations to students, professors and managers worldwide. In addition to our world-renowned MARKSTRAT, we have a portfolio of simulations in marketing, sales and innovation.
- Our solutions are used by 75% of the global top 100 MBA schools, according to the Financial Times.
**Your Role**:
As a Customer Experience Manager, you will play a crucial role in our team and you will:
- Train our users through dedicated webinars and videos
- Interact with the sales team to support our users during their implementation of our simulations
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Feedback user experiences to the development and sales teams
- Participate in the writing of our product documentation and update our FAQs
- Coordinate the translations of our simulations with the team.
Depending on your interest, it is also possible to expand your role in the commercial area.
**Your Profile**:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Ideally, a degree in business studies, engineering or communications
- Fluency in English, and French, Spanish, other languages proficiency are a plus
- Excellent communication skills, with curiosity and autonomy
- Ability to be a strong team player, thriving in a multi-cultural environment
