Nous cherchons un(e) stagiaire Customer Success pour 4 à 6 mois, avec pour mission de démocratiser le ticket de caisse éco-responsable Tu travailleras en collaboration avec Thibaud, notre Customer Success Manager.
**Tes missions**:
GESTION DE LA RELATION CLIENT
- Installer et former les clients sur la solution billiv (call, visio, installation physique)
- Assurer le suivi clientèle de l'expérience billiv (call, mail)
- Accompagner les clients sur l'utilisation de la solution (call, mail)
- Évaluer les nouveaux besoins clients et les faire remonter à l’équipe produit
- Gérer la logistique d’approvisionnement du matériel à installer chez les clients (packager, affranchir, envoyer)
RÉSOLUTION DES PROBLÈMES CLIENTS
- Procéder à la qualification des problèmes auprès des clients
- Faire remonter les cas clients à l'équipe billiv
- Assister l'équipe billiv dans la résolution des problèmes clients
