Streem Energy provides innovative SaaS solutions to the increasingly distributed power market. Our customers are all along the power value chain: ranging from renewable energy producers, power aggregators, energy suppliers to multisite consumers and prosumers.
Through our expertise in artificial intelligence, interface design and our deep knowledge in renewable energy generation and power market mechanisms, we build models that generate actionable insights to manage new sources of energy.
Our cloud platform communicates in real-time with thousands of renewable energy assets and we are on a very busy roadmap to push the renewable energy revolution forward
Streem Energy is looking for a highly motivated individual with developer skills to join the Ops team in order to help client onboarding and day-to-day data operations. This position holds a crucial link between the tech team, in charge of developing new client modules/expanding the product and the operation team, managing our clients support.
Our product and customer base keep evolving and the Operations team needs the appropriate tools to be able to address requests in the most efficient way.
With a complex tech and data products, understanding customers data infrastructure (such as APIs) and requirements is necessary. As a developer, your goal will be to understand the issues the operation team is facing and develop the solutions to solve them.
As part of the Operation team you may also be in direct contact with customers’s tech teams to identify needs and offer the appropriate solution.
On your day-to-day, you will:
- Design and develop internal tools to help the operation team (eg features on the internal back-office tool, automated scripts to upload and modify large datasets, etc)
- Participate and play pivotal role in big size clients onboarding
- Assist customers in their tech integration to the platform (API, SFTP, etc)
- Maintain a high standard on code quality by putting in place processes and advocating for best practices
