**Vos Missions**
Au sein de la Direction des Ressources Humaines, une équipe à taille humaine, vous serez en charge du pilotage et de l’amélioration de la politique de développement des collaborateurs de Zurich France. En qualité d’**HR Business Partner** vous serez en charge de:
- **Piloter le recrutement**:
Définir les besoins, analyse des softskills et aide à la décision, relation avec les écoles et les cabinets de recrutement, suivre et déployer les outils de recrutement en lien avec le groupe.
- **Accompagner les collaborateurs et les managers dans leur développement - « People Development »**:
Suivre les évolutions de carrière et de mobilité interne, mettre en œuvre les revues annuelles des Talents et les plans de succession ainsi que les programmes de développement du groupe Zurich, évaluer les besoins en formation, piloter et animer le Club des Managers en collaboration avec la DRH.
- **Gérez le cycle de performance**:
Piloter l’exercice annuel du cycle de performance et accompagner les managers dans la gestion annuel des performances de leur équipe
- **Apportez un support aux managers dans le pilotage des processus RH**:
Accompagner les managers dans la compréhension des enjeux humains et le développement de leurs équipes
- **Renforcer l’expérience collaborateur et la marque employeur en travaillant sur les politiques de diversité et d’inclusion, d’engagement et RSE**:
Veiller au déploiement des différentes politiques de l’entreprise dans le respect des préconisations du Groupe et des directives légales
- **Participer aux différents projets RH impulsés en local ou au niveau groupe**:
Mettre en œuvre la stratégie HR en soutien des initiatives internationales et entretient des relations positives avec l'équipe dirigeante locale et d'autres parties prenantes internes/externes.
- **Communication Interne RH**
**Votre profil**
Vous êtes titulaire d’un Bac+ 4/5 en Ressources Humaines.
Bilingue anglais vous disposez d’une expérience de 5 ans sur un poste similaire.
Vous faites preuve d’esprit d’équipe, de rigueur, d’une bonne capacité d’adaptation et de communication.
Votre sens de l’intégrité et de la confidentialité ne sont plus à démontrer.
Ce poste est basé à Paris.
