**What you'll do**:
The Partner Account Manager will have responsibility for the development of and execution of our Microsoft France partnership, including but not limited to onboarding, enablement, training, GTM joint planning, overall is designed to drive field engagement and co-selling. Through field collaboration the Partner account manager will have strong knowledge on how to engage with Microsoft and drive joint go to market programs to effectively increase co-selling in France.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Partner Success, EMEA.
**Responsibility**
- Directly manage the partner relationship with Microsoft in France, aligned to DocuSign’s strategy
- Leverage global Microsoft strategy and objectives to develop and implement partner strategy in conjunction with EMEA and France Sales, Marketing and Product leadership
- Drive alignment with global partner process and governance structure. Input into global programmes ensuring they are tailored to meet the needs of the market in France
- Evaluate Partner performance based on quantitative metrics; provide health, capability and capacity analysis to internal stakeholders
- Maintain pipeline and dashboards that communicates to all stakeholders the effectiveness of programs and investments for the Microsoft partnerships in France
- Conduct a regular cadence of reviews of the performance of Microsoft both internally and with the partners
- Drive field engagement, sales and technical enablement to generate qualified opportunities
- Drive quarterly business reviews between partners and sales counterparts
**Job Designation**:
**Hybrid**:
Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

**What you bring**:
**Basic**
- BA/BS degree
- 8+ year relevant experience
- Native French fluency
- Demonstrated experience in working with Microsoft Channel
- Ability to travel as required (up to 25%)
**Preferred**
- Significant experience and proven track record in SAAS Partner alliances or channel sales; excellent business and industry acumen, experience in working with Microsoft will be a significant advantage
- Understanding and leverage of GTM influence models available to drive partner engagement and participation in corporate marketing programs
- Experience working with Hyperscaler Cloud Marketplaces (Azure Marketplace preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including demonstrated ability to present clearly and concisely
- Ability to build relationships and quickly develop trust with Senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, including ability to multi-task effectively
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving capacity
- Additional language skills German, Spanish or Italian advantageous
