**Business Development Manager (France)**

Are you looking for the sales job of your dreams? If you are passionate about customer experience, jewelery and styling, we are looking for the best in class to join our family.

Working closely with the French Sales Director, as a **business development manager** you’ll be tasked with opening up this exciting new brand.

**What will your day to day be like?**
- Forecasting and negotiating sales to putting together exciting initiatives, you’ll be delivering successful year on year growth.
- Detail driven, you’ll keep a keen eye on stock levels, maintaining and growing the database and staying on track of sales targets.
- You’ll know all the trends in the global markets and be able to define where PDPAOLA should be.
- You will help to reach out to retailers to grow accounts, putting strong sales strategies in place to meet targets.
- We love negotiating and this must be one of your key strengths - being able to get the right accounts with the right people is vital to ensure the budgets are met.
- We will also need you to have regular communications with our existing clients - we need to provide them with an unrivalled service to help them to sell PDPAOLA.
- You must be driven with a persistent focus on opening new business and the company mission. This role will be fully hands-on.
- Above all, your expertise will achieve fast results and drive accelerated sales in an evolving and fast-paced environment

Requisitos mínimos

**How would we like you to be?**

We are looking for a person with commercial orientation, an enthusiastic, proactive and positive approach, with attention to detail and sensitivity for the product and the brand.
- Professional experience of at least 5 years in sales. Valuable experience in the fashion, Jewelry, beauty, accessories or luxury sector.
- Organized, decisive person with high communication skills.
- Leadership capacity to create a pleasant and motivating work environment.
- Person with the ability to make proposals that improve the commercial results.
- Native French
- Good command of English
- Driving license required.
