Our team of 100+ passionate builders focuses on craft, innovation, and collaboration, creating exceptional impact for entrepreneurs and businesses worldwide.Role SummaryWe're looking for a Business Development Representative to build and scale our B2B sales pipeline. You'll identify and qualify high-value prospects in key verticals while generating 20+ qualified leads monthly for our sales team.Compensation€50k-65k OTE + Stock-Options/BSPCELocationRemote-friendly, London/Paris area with Paris office visits (fully reimbursed)About The RoleBuild targeted outreach campaigns across 3-5 key verticalsGenerate qualified leads through creative, personalized outreach using sales toolsQualify and nurture prospects ensuring smooth handoffs to AEsCollaborate with Head of Sales and BDR Team Lead to refine ideal customer profiles and messaging strategies that convertPartner with marketing team to develop account-based marketing campaigns targeting enterprise prospects in your verticalsAbout You1+ years of BDR/SDR experience in B2B SaaS with proven track record of consistently hitting meeting and pipeline targetsStrong cold calling skills and phone presence: comfortable with regular cold calling as a core part of generating qualified meetingsFull-cycle outbound experience owning prospecting, discovery, qualification, and booking sales-ready meetings that convert to pipelineResults-driven mindset focused on revenue impact: understanding that success is measured by pipeline that closes, not just meetings bookedExperience with modern sales tools including CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce), outreach platforms (Salesloft, Outreach), and prospecting tools (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)You are a native English speaker.
