Airbus Helicopters is seeking a skilled Program Office Manager (f/m) to contribute to the Export Control Program based in Marignane, France.
Your Role: You will play a crucial role in advancing the Airbus Helicopters (AH) Export Control Compliance Program, currently transitioning into the GECS phase (General Export Control System).
As a member of the Export Control Program team, your responsibilities will include:
- Defining, implementing, and promoting activities in collaboration with the Airbus Group (AG) Export Control compliance Program organization and various AH Functions (Support & Services, Procurement, Engineering, etc.), as well as the AH Subsidiaries and Affiliates Export Control Support team.
- Establishing and executing cross-functional export control initiatives, including dashboards and KPIs.
- Organizing team events and workshops focused on cross-functional issues.
- Collaborating with different departments to enhance efficiency and promote continuous improvement.

Your Responsibilities:
You will assist the Export Control Program Lead by:
- Developing strategies and roadmaps, and ensuring their execution across various project work packages.
- Preparing and implementing communication and change management strategies.
- Supporting business and management functions, participating in routine meetings and performance reviews as necessary.
- Managing PMO tasks: Overseeing budget development and monitoring, creating dashboards and KPIs, and managing risks and opportunities.
Additionally, you will assist with Policies & Procedures to ensure compliance with Export Control requirements and aid in the development and implementation of necessary information systems.
In collaboration with subsidiaries, you will coordinate with the dedicated AH Subsidiaries and Affiliates Export Control support team to ensure the global dissemination of the Export Control Compliance Plan / GECS Program.
Your Qualifications:
- Over 7 years of experience in Program/Project Management.
- Familiarity with Export Control regulations is advantageous.
- Proven track record in managing medium to complex projects.
- Experience in partner and external service provider management.
- Strong negotiation skills with internal stakeholders.
- Expertise in Risk & Opportunity Management.
- Proficient in documentation production and service level management.
- Team-oriented with a strong customer focus.
- Proficient in English.
