Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Accommodation Attendant to join our team at Accor. As an Accommodation Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide courteous and professional service to guests in apartments, administration office, and public areas.
- Perform all duties and tasks assigned to you in a timely and efficient manner.
- Be fully conversant with all services and facilities offered by Employee Housing.
- Monitor operating supplies and reduce spoilage, breakage, and wastage.
- Handle staff enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report staff complaints or problems to Team Leader.
- Keep all keys signed out in a secure manner and return them at the end of duty.
- Assist with rooms/apartment inspection as and when requested.
- Report all maintenance jobs to the maintenance department.
- Prepare rooms/apartments for new staff arrivals.
Requirements
At least one year of experience in a similar position is required.
