We are seeking a skilled Strategic Partnership Developer to join our team at BiLLWERK+. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and successfully onboarding new partners to drive revenue growth and expand our ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Recruitment & Onboarding: Develop and execute strategies to identify, approach, and onboard new partners, ensuring they understand the value and technical aspects of BiLLWERK+ products.
  • Revenue & Lead Generation: Collaborate with internal teams to drive co-marketing initiatives and business development activities to generate leads and revenue.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to drive mutual growth and success.
  • Business Strategy Alignment: Work with partners to align their goals with BiLLWERK+'s strategies, ensuring smooth business synergy.
  • Program Management: Administer partner programs, including marketing, training, and certifications, to ensure partners are equipped for success.
  • Support & Problem Solving: Provide partners with ongoing technical and operational support to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Performance Tracking & Reviews: Conduct regular business reviews, track partner performance, and provide revenue forecasts to ensure consistent progress and alignment with business objectives.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to ensure partner needs are met and integrated with BiLLWERK+ offerings.
  • Partner Enablement: Provide training and resources to partners to enhance their success and meet competency and performance goals.
  • Incentives & Rewards: Design and oversee partner reward and incentive programs to foster engagement and loyalty.

    • Requirements:
    • BS/BA required
    • 5+ years of experience in building successful partnerships with software, technology/cloud computing, SI, and consulting companies
    • Excellent written and oral communication in French and English (German a plus)
    • Strong work ethic with confidence to work autonomously
    • Highly motivated to succeed individually and with a young and fast-growing company
    • Prior start-up sales experience is a huge plus
    • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
