We're seeking a results-driven Sales Account Manager to strengthen our sales department in Paris. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with Marketing, Business Development, Pre-Sales, and Professional Services teams to drive new business across the country, managing the full sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Increase sales of software licenses in the assigned territory through independent acquisition of new customers.
- Manage and own the full sales cycle, including prospecting and qualification, contract negotiations, and closing business.
- Meet and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Qualify and manage leads provided by the Marketing team to a successful closure.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality opportunities by leveraging Marketing team efforts and outbound territory development.
- Work effectively in a team environment to maximize revenue potential and ensure customer success.
- Manage and drive multiple simultaneous sales cycles effectively.
- Understand the functions, features, and USPs of BOARD solution and effectively communicate these to prospects and customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships at Management and C-level, encouraging the search of new potential partners and supporting existing ones.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in enterprise software solution sales, preferably in the CPM/EPM, ERP, or BI space.
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota.
- Broad experience in managing complex sales cycles in the enterprise market.
- Strong technical attitude to learn the BOARD software and explain complex solutions.
- Knowledge of Accounting and/or Financial concepts, familiarity with Budgeting, Planning, and Forecasting processes, Business Analytics, Data Visualization, Data Management, and Financial Reporting.
- A self-starter who works well within a strong team culture while independently managing their own work.
- Entrepreneurial, self-starter, team-minded, and resilient, with a hunter mentality.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Fluency in French and English.
