In the role of Lead Financial Investment Manager, you will report directly to the Head of Financial Fund Management within our PRIME division, becoming an integral part of the AXA NV PRIME business unit. This unit serves as a facilitator for private markets and hedge funds, providing a variety of private market return sources, including private equity, infrastructure equity, private debt, and hedge funds. With a robust portfolio of €40 billion in alternative investments and a dedicated team of experienced investment professionals, AXA NV PRIME emphasizes proactive ESG practices and stringent risk management protocols, ensuring transparency and reliability in all endeavors.

YOUR ROLE

Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the seamless execution of operations related to the financial management of alternative investment funds.

Fund Establishment
  1. New Fund Initiation: Engage in the launch of new alternative investment funds by coordinating operational setups, liaising with service providers (including Fund Administrators, Transfer Agents, Depositaries, and Custodians), managing investor onboarding processes (KYC, AML, subscription documentation), and steering internal and board approval workflows.
  2. Investment Integration: Facilitate communication with stakeholders, update relevant systems, complete subscription documentation, and lead AML KYC processes for the division.
Financial Oversight
  1. Capital Management: Oversee capital calls and distributions from investments, record transactions, execute payments, perform cash reconciliations, establish budgets, and instruct calls and distributions to Limited Partners (LPs).
  2. Liquidity Oversight: Conduct liquidity stress assessments, monitor fund cash flow, and manage investment transfers effectively.
Portfolio Evaluation
  1. Performance Assessment: Evaluate fund performance metrics (IRR, MOIC, Cash Yield) and risk indicators (liquidity stress tests, FX risk, concentration limits), ensuring effective management of asset-liability matching and commitments.
Client Relations
  1. Investor Engagement: Address investor inquiries, generate quarterly performance reports, and ensure a positive investor experience.
Governance and Compliance
  1. Board Documentation: Prepare agendas, supporting materials, and minutes for board meetings, draft documentation for internal committees, and maintain process documentation and control records.
Strategic Initiatives
  1. Project Involvement: Actively participate in departmental transformation initiatives.
