As a Business Unit Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of business managers and driving business growth through strategic planning, market analysis, and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, and develop tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Account Management: Manage existing client accounts, strengthen relationships, and propose customized solutions to meet client objectives.
- Team Management: Lead a team of business managers, collaborate with technical teams and consultants to define and implement solutions, and ensure seamless project execution.
- Market Analysis: Conduct ongoing market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats, and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Recruitment: Participate in the recruitment process for IT consultants, identify skill gaps, and select candidates based on technical skills and cultural fit.
- Reporting and Performance Monitoring: Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance indicators, and contribute to strategic discussions and action planning.
- Bachelor's degree or higher
