Position Overview: The Senior Sales Executive for Enterprise Solutions plays a crucial role in driving revenue by effectively addressing the unique challenges faced by clients through Clearwater's innovative offerings. This individual possesses extensive knowledge of Clearwater's suite of products and relevant industry sectors, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of client needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Achieve new business objectives by managing the entire enterprise sales cycle.
- Generate new business opportunities by engaging with potential clients and collaborating closely with Business Development Representatives and marketing teams.
- Conduct thorough demonstrations of Clearwater's platform and product suite.
- Lead discovery sessions to identify client pain points and customize Clearwater's solutions accordingly; document findings to facilitate smooth implementation and ongoing client support.
- Create persuasive proposals and responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to secure new business.
- Strong understanding of the insurance sector in France and Southern Europe.
- Proficient in both French and English.
- Demonstrated success in surpassing sales targets of $1 Million or more annually.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities.
- Expertise in finance, investment, insurance, accounting, or related fields.
- General knowledge of investment principles and/or GAAP and statutory accounting.
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Salesforce CRM, and various prospecting tools.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree such as an MBA or CPA is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience managing the complete sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation.
- Background in SaaS sales is advantageous.
