This individual possesses extensive knowledge of Clearwater's suite of products and relevant industry sectors, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve new business objectives by managing the entire enterprise sales cycle.
  • Generate new business opportunities by engaging with potential clients and collaborating closely with Business Development Representatives and marketing teams.
  • Conduct thorough demonstrations of Clearwater's platform and product suite.
  • Lead discovery sessions to identify client pain points and customize Clearwater's solutions accordingly; document findings to facilitate smooth implementation and ongoing client support.
  • Create persuasive proposals and responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to secure new business.
Essential Skills:
  • Strong understanding of the insurance sector in France and Southern Europe.
  • Proficient in both French and English.
  • Demonstrated success in surpassing sales targets of $1 Million or more annually.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities.
  • Expertise in finance, investment, insurance, accounting, or related fields.
  • General knowledge of investment principles and/or GAAP and statutory accounting.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Salesforce CRM, and various prospecting tools.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or advanced degree such as an MBA or CPA is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience managing the complete sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation.
  • Background in SaaS sales is advantageous.
