Position Overview
To support our ongoing growth, we are seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to join our Professional Services Team in Paris. This full-time role involves collaborating with a diverse range of B2B clients at senior levels (CPO, CFO, CTO) to evaluate their business and technical needs, particularly focusing on their purchase-to-pay processes and systems. You will guide them on effectively utilizing Amazon Business solutions.

Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Solution Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with executive clients in Procurement, Finance, and Technology to identify challenges, strategies, and objectives related to Purchasing and Digital Transformation.
  • Conducting in-depth analyses of clients' internal purchase-to-pay processes to ascertain their specific requirements.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor, providing insights on how Amazon Business can enhance their operational strategies and tools.
  • Building strong relationships with clients to secure commitment for implementing Amazon Business solutions.
  • Communicating client needs and requirements to internal Amazon teams, including Sales, Product Management, and Leadership.
  • Contributing to innovative solutions to address customer challenges and presenting these to Amazon leadership for prioritization.
  • Leading project evaluations against established KPIs and ensuring targets for customer engagement and spend adoption are met or exceeded.

A Day in the Role
Your day may begin with a call to align with an Account Manager on a customer project. You will then engage with a strategic client seeking technical integration with Amazon Business, diving into their requirements and current procurement setup. Following this, you will provide tailored recommendations based on your expertise in procurement and Amazon Business features. In the afternoon, you may present innovative ideas to leadership aimed at simplifying customer solutions, followed by planning upcoming customer engagements and reviewing your progress against goals.

We achieve this by guiding clients through their journey with effective tools and services while instilling confidence through insights and trusted resources. Our team has evolved to support customers throughout their lifecycle, extending beyond initial implementations.

Basic Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • Expertise in procurement and source-to-pay processes or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in positioning and selling innovative solutions to diverse customer segments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Fluency in both French and English.

Preferred Qualifications
Ideal candidates may also have:

  • Experience with procurement technologies, including eProcurement systems and technical integrations.
  • Proficiency in Italian or Spanish.
