Job Title: Commercial Sales Specialist - DELL Technologies

As a member of our Business Unit Advanced Solutions, you will be part of our Solutions & Innovations division, which supports partners on various projects related to network, security, collaboration, virtualization, data center, IoT, and cloud solutions.

Your goal will be to provide technical expertise on global solutions, offering value-added services on multi-constructors and multi-editors bids.

Our services focus on pre-sales, solution demonstrations, proof of concept, and skills transfer.

You will be responsible for commercializing DELL Technologies infrastructure solutions.

You will be the primary point of contact for clients, using your specialized knowledge of products to provide excellent customer satisfaction, develop new business opportunities, and achieve sales targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan outgoing calls to clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Manage an existing portfolio and conduct re-conquest actions.
  • Establish excellent relationships with clients through proactive engagement.
  • Provide, sell, and negotiate information on products, prices, special offers, and promotions.
  • Provide accurate and timely quotes to clients.
  • Establish reports on actions taken.
  • Regularly update the CRM system to provide accurate client information.
  • Manage client expectations and resolve disputes.

Requirements:

Diplomas:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Master's degree in alternance.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Rigorous and methodical approach.
  • Strong persuasion skills, motivated, and willing to learn.
  • Excellent interpersonal and adaptability skills.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Aptitude for the IT ecosystem is an asset.
