We are seeking a skilled Digital Sales Specialist to join our team at Avanade Inc. as an Inside Digital Sales Consultant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating, qualifying, and converting leads to opportunities within an assigned industry.

About the Role

This role involves working with our strategic partners and marketing teams to build a healthy sales pipeline. You will work closely with the global Digital Demand Center (DCC) to receive training, which includes in-depth job responsibilities and tools coverage over 16 weeks. Additionally, you will onboard with the local sales department.

As an Inside Digital Sales Consultant, you will thrive in a KPI-driven setting through phone/consulting sales while navigating operational and administrative tasks. Your expertise will be essential in analyzing and interpreting data, using CRM systems, social media platforms, and developing digital sales reports.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a healthy pipeline and source new sales opportunities by cold calling and emailing.
  • Engage prospects through relevant channels such as digital, social media, events, campaigns, queries, email, and webinars.
  • Pursue and close sales-qualified leads to achieve $15M quota targets.
  • Deliver commercial insight, manage customer objections, and position our offerings to maximize sales.
  • Analyze industry trends to identify selling opportunities and/or impact on prevailing sales efforts.
  • Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or sales with a proven track record of achieving sales targets with outbound calling and prospecting.
  • Microsoft 365 fundamentals
  • Dynamics 365 CRM fundamentals
  • Data fundamentals
