About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Incident Manager to join our team at Capgemini. As an Incident Manager, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support to our clients in resolving complex IT incidents.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating the resolution of incidents from start to finish
  • Communicating regularly with management and stakeholders throughout the incident lifecycle
  • Ensuring that incidents are handled in accordance with established procedures and protocols
  • Organizing and leading crisis management teams
  • Maintaining accurate records of incident resolution and lessons learned
  • Ensuring that service level agreements (SLAs) are met
  • Developing and maintaining incident management processes and procedures
  • Providing training and support to team members

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in IT and a proven track record of incident management experience. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

You will be a strong team player with a customer-focused approach and a passion for delivering high-quality results. You will also need to have a strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices.
