- Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed annual quotas
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, clients, and industry influencers
- Lead sales teams to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships
Requirements:
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong understanding of the insurance market in France and Southern Europe
- Fluent in French and English languages
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Finance, investment, insurance, or other relevant market expertise
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or MBA, CPA, or other relevant advanced degree
- 5+ years of relevant sales experience with a proven track record of success
- Experience running the full sales cycle from cold call to contract
- SaaS sales experience
