Enterprise Sales Director

The Enterprise Sales Director will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by effectively addressing prospects' challenges through Clearwater Analytics' solutions. This individual will bring deep expertise in Clearwater Analytics, its products, and the pertinent industry domains. Their responsibilities will encompass overseeing the complete sales process, from pinpointing pain points to presenting solutions during initial calls, demonstrations, meetings, conferences, and in the broader market. They will adeptly cultivate and sustain relationships with prospects, clients, and influential figures within the industry, providing guidance to prospects on navigating Clearwater Analytics' offerings and adeptly resolving intricate issues throughout the sales journey. Moreover, they will actively work on cultivating new accounts and expanding existing ones within their designated territory or product line.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Win new business to meet annual quota (Managing end-to-end enterprise sales cycles)
  • Build new pipeline by sourcing into prospect accounts and working closely with BDRs/SDRs and marketing
  • Lead complete demos of the Clearwater Analytics platform and products
  • Lead discovery efforts to uncover prospect pain-points, tailor the Clearwater Analytics solution to meet prospects' needs; Document discovery findings to support implementation and client support efforts post-sale
  • Develop compelling proposals and RFP responses to win new business

Required Skills:

  • Good understanding of the Insurance market in France & Southern Europe
  • Fluent in French & English languages
  • Proven record of exceeding goals/quotas of $1 Million + per annum
  • Superb interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Finance, Investment, insurance, accounting, or other relevant market expertise
  • General understanding of investments and/or GAAP and Statutory accounting
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce CRM, Prospecting tools and tech stacks
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or MBA, CPA, or other relevant advanced degree preferred
  • 5+ years of relevant experience of meeting or exceeding a sales quota
  • Experience running the full sales cycle (cold call to contract)
  • SaaS sales experience
