Valeo Service Overview:

Valeo Service specializes in aftermarket automotive solutions, offering an extensive array of components, accessories, and services for original equipment manufacturer (OEM) replacements.

Position Overview:

In the role of Junior Account Manager at Valeo Service, you will assist Account Managers in promoting sales of Valeo's product offerings tailored for aftermarket operations. Your key responsibilities will encompass:

  • Effectively preparing and negotiating quotations and pricing proposals.
  • Overseeing and documenting adjustments in pricing for our product ranges.
  • Collaborating with pertinent industrial sectors to formulate corrective action strategies for resolving business or operational challenges.
  • Recognizing elements that lead to a decline in customer service and executing recovery initiatives within the relevant departments.
  • Supporting the sales director in performance evaluations, budget formulation, and Long-Term Planning.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program with intentions to progress to a Master's or equivalent level.
  • Seeking a contract duration of at least one year, preferably two years.
  • Previous experience in the automotive sector is advantageous.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English, as our stakeholders are distributed across Europe.
  • Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • A strong team player with a constructive attitude.
  • A quick learner with the ability to adapt.
  • Capable of thriving in a multicultural and diverse setting.
  • A curious and proactive approach to work.
