Job Title: Senior Channel Partner & Account Manager, France - Healthcare

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Channel Partner & Account Manager to join our team in France. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our channel partners, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in the French market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our channel partner network in France.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our channel partners, including hospitals, medical schools, and other healthcare institutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with healthcare organizations and medical software companies.
  • Collaborate with our international sales, finance, marketing, training, and sales operations teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to our channel partners to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to sell our solutions effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
  • Travel to client sites, conferences, and company meetings as required, with a focus on promoting and demonstrating our clinical effectiveness solutions to potential customers.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in field sales, account management, or channel partner management, with a strong track record of sales success in the healthcare industry.
  • Deep understanding of business, financials, products/services, and the healthcare market.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems and ability to analyze sales data to inform business decisions.
  • Native French and fluency in English, with any additional languages a plus.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 30-40% of the time.
