Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dealer Manager to join our Europe Sales team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our dealers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets by building and maintaining strong relationships with dealers, providing exceptional customer service, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales initiatives.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and market insights to inform business decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to ensure our sales strategies remain competitive and effective.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the furniture industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with dealers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
- Fluency in French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
