Job Summary

As a Dealer Account Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with designated dealers within your territory. Your primary focus will be on driving sales growth by identifying opportunities, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the successful implementation of Knoll products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with assigned dealers, acting as their primary point of contact for all commercial matters.
  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities within your territory, collaborating with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for dealer clients.
  • Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to order fulfillment, providing technical support and guidance throughout.
  • Contribute to Knoll's business development efforts by identifying potential partnerships and collaborating with relevant teams on projects.
  • Provide accurate forecasts and market insights to your Regional Manager, ensuring effective communication and data sharing.

Qualifications

  • Minimum A-level or equivalent education.
  • Proven track record of success in generating new business within a sales environment (minimum 2 years).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license with no more than 6 points.
