Role Summary

The Dealer Development Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with auto dealerships and other industry partners to promote ESKA Finance's services and drive sales.

This role requires a strong understanding of the automotive finance industry and excellent communication skills to effectively engage with dealers and negotiate partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities with auto dealerships and other industry partners
  • Develop and execute strategies to promote ESKA Finance's services and drive sales
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and negotiate contract renewals
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the automotive finance industry
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Fluency in French and English
