Lemonway est une entreprise leader dans le domaine des paiements et des solutions de gestion de relations clients. Nous sommes à la recherche d'un Senior Customer Care Manager pour rejoindre notre équipe de gestion de relations clients.
Responsabilités- Etablir des relations solides avec les clients
- Expertise technique
- Conseil proactif et croissance
- Gestion de projets
Vous serez chargé de développer et de maintenir des relations durables avec nos clients, en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de vente et de marketing. Vous devrez également devenir l'expert technique de référence sur nos produits et leur mise en œuvre/intégration dans les environnements des clients.
Vous disposerez d'une grande autonomie pour gérer des initiatives et des projets dans un environnement très dynamique et entrepreneurial. Vous collaborerez étroitement avec les équipes internes pour obtenir des résultats positifs et assurer une exécution sans faille du projet.

Nous recherchons une personne expérimentée, orientée client, ayant une connaissance approfondie des processus de paiement et ayant fait ses preuves dans l'établissement de relations solides avec les clients. Vous devrez disposer d'excellentes compétences en communication et d'une expertise technique, et vous vous épanouissez dans un environnement dynamique et rapide.
