Role Summary

As a Programmatic Sales Engineer at Comcast Corporation, you will be a key member of the company's Marketplace Operations team, working closely with the field sales force to sell the company's platform technology to major TV broadcasters, premium publishers, and video advertising networks. This is a Paris-based position, and fluency in both English and French is required.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with internal and external stakeholders to provide technical expertise and product advocacy for Comcast's products. This will involve actively partnering with the Business Development and Product Management teams to lead integration and deployment for the company's ecosystem of platform partners. The ideal candidate will be able to articulate complex technical concepts to both business and technical audiences, establish and maintain strong customer relationships, and facilitate ongoing collection of feature requests and technical integrations for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Development and delivery of high-stakes sales presentations and product demonstrations for new prospects and existing clients.
  2. Supporting Sales and Account Management teams by authoring responses to clients and the Ad Ops team.
  3. Pre- and post-sales technology solution design and support for the Marketing departments of TV broadcasters, premium publishers, and ad networks.
  4. Evaluating clients' 1st and 3rd party data integration, digital media buying, and technology vendor requirements, and assisting in developing integration strategies for Comcast's platform.
  5. Assisting in technical integration and implementation management with new partners.
  6. Client deployment planning, oversight, and client training.
  7. Identifying technical integration and deployment issues of assigned accounts.
  8. Ad serving technology and monetization assessments and deployment planning.
  9. Collecting and documenting customer requirements and developing use cases for the Product Management team.
  10. Conducting market research and contributing to the go-to-market strategy and tactics for the Product Marketing team.
  11. Evolving the product to existing clients and at field events such as industry tradeshows, training seminars, and private sales events.

Requirements

  • More than 2 years of relevant strategic-level experience in marketing technology deployments.
  • Advanced knowledge of programmatic advertising, behavioral targeting, and performance-based optimization strongly preferred.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of customer service while managing multiple engagements.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong presentation skills.
