About the Position
The Uber advertising sales division is in search of strategic professionals to become integral members of our newly established advertising team.

Role Overview
As a Strategic Account Executive, you will collaborate closely with our premier advertising partners in France, ensuring the successful execution of advertising campaigns across our Mobility and Delivery platforms.

Your Responsibilities
- Proactively assess campaign performance to identify, communicate, and resolve issues.
- Participate in internal kickoff meetings to grasp campaign specifications and discuss intricate executions.
- Oversee the initiation and management of campaigns, while consistently updating and setting expectations with all stakeholders.
- Maintain a regular reporting schedule based on clients' requirements.
- Cultivate a deep understanding of clients' marketing objectives and challenges, proactively suggesting solutions that align with their needs.
- Advise clients on adjusting strategies based on marketing goals and performance analytics.
- Identify opportunities to enhance performance and increase investment by analyzing data and presenting insights to the broader internal account team.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer-focused outputs.
- Bring your analytical expertise to the forefront.

Data Analysis and Insights
Develop methodologies to highlight trends and provide valuable insights to partners, while tracking the impact of initiatives against customer objectives.
- Serve as the voice of the customer, effectively communicating product limitations and feedback to relevant internal teams.
- Promote product adoption.

Creative Initiatives
Clearly articulate the value of our latest products with a creative perspective to differentiate our offerings.
- Lead and implement key initiatives across our Ads team to drive widespread adoption among our restaurant partners.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Account Management, Ad Operations, or Ad Sales.
- Proven experience managing and analyzing digital advertising campaigns for major brands.
- Familiarity with large, complex Enterprise brands and organizations.
- Strong analytical skills to review results and propose actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management capabilities.
- Self-motivated individual who thrives on challenges and continuous learning.
- Innovative problem solver with a proactive mindset.

Work Environment
You should be comfortable in a fast-paced setting and adept at navigating ambiguity. Full proficiency in French and English is essential.
