Lead Enterprise Software Sales

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. Your expertise in enterprise software sales will enable you to build strong relationships with business leaders and identify opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales campaigns to deliver business value to customers while ensuring a healthy margin for Guidewire.
  • Manage post-sale client relationships to maximize product extension sales to existing customers.
  • Lead sales activities from initial contact until sale closure.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our technology, products, and consulting services.
  • Present regular reports to management on sales and marketing activities and success rates.
  • Represent Guidewire at industry events and conferences to drive sales growth.
  • Analyze competitor activities and provide feedback to inform marketing strategies and product development.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in enterprise software sales, with a focus on new business acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of the complex enterprise software sales cycle and ability to navigate multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and customers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
