About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team at Sprinklr. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and closing large deals within the Abu Dhabi Government.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our presence in the Abu Dhabi Government market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CMOs and CTOs of top brands, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to drive business growth.
  • Utilize exceptional salesmanship to develop sales opportunities, identify decision-makers, and influence key stakeholders.
  • Listen, understand, and deliver on client expectations, building trust and loyalty through exceptional customer service.
  • Actively seek out new sales leads and business opportunities through networking and referrals, staying ahead of the competition.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Seek feedback and continuous learning opportunities to improve sales skills and stay ahead of the curve.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in enterprise software sales, with a strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi Government market.
  • 6-10 years of experience in sales, with a focus on building relationships and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their impact on large organizations, with a passion for the Customer Experience revolution.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success.
