About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team at Sprinklr. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and closing large deals within the Abu Dhabi Government.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Abu Dhabi Government.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within the government and private sectors.
  • Utilize superior salesmanship to develop sales opportunities and identify the necessary decision-makers and influencers of the prospective deal.
  • Listen, identify, and understand clients' needs and deliver to their expectations.
  • Actively seek out new sales leads and business opportunities through active networking and utilizing business referrals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors to provide a sales edge needed to close business and generate revenue.
  • Seek feedback at every opportunity to continuously improve and develop skills.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in enterprise software sales, with a minimum of 6-10 years of experience.
  • Experience winning net new business and managing accounts within the Abu Dhabi Government.
  • Strong relationships-building skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to think critically and strategically, with a focus on delivering results.
  • Passion for the Customer Experience revolution and ability to understand how social media platforms can impact large organizations.
