Job Title: Sales Manager

At Accor, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Mövenpick BDMS Wellness Resort Bangkok. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing new business opportunities in the hotel industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and exceed sales goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to increase sales and revenue.
  • Conduct site inspections and provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Manage events from start to finish, including processing bookings, obtaining guarantees, and preparing creative menu proposals.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement new sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management / Events Management.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Wedding, catering and conference sales or 1 year of experience in a similar capacity with proven track record.
  • Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.
