Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Europe. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the region.
About the Role
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and increase sales.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
- Leverage industry knowledge and market trends to stay ahead of the competition and identify new areas for growth.
- Manage sales operations, including order processing, lead management, and sales forecasting.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in a business or technology-related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a technical or channel management role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
