Role Overview


We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the South Europe region.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth in the South Europe region. This includes:



  • Sales and business development of Exail's product range
  • Defining sales and business development strategies in collaboration with the EMEA director, Regional Sales Managers, and product managers
  • Managing a team of Regional Sales Managers covering the mentioned markets in the Mediterranean and South Europe territories
  • Coordinating efficient regional prospection, support, and development of existing clients
  • Negotiating commercial conditions
  • Delivering regular and accurate reporting and forecasting


Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should have:



  • A proven track record in a technical sales role within these sectors
  • A minimum of 5 years' sales or other relevant experience
  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Business, Electronics, or Engineering
  • Luent English and a second language such as Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese
  • Adaptability, ability to work autonomously, excellent communication skills, and a good team player


Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at €80,000 - €120,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include health insurance, pension scheme, and professional development opportunities.
