About the Role:
adMarketplace, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Manager to join our team in France. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for connecting with decision-makers who control significant Performance/Digital advertising budgets and working through an assigned target list to connect, pitch, launch, and grow key accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Conduct research on clients to bolster outreach and pitches
- Customize pitches as sales presentation decks
- Collaborate across in-house departments to ensure client needs are continuously met
- Maintain accurate and updated CRM data via Salesforce
- Travel up to 20%
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree; 6+ years as a top performer in B2B enterprise media sales, pitching to senior DMs and above, or background at media agency paid search team / brand direct paid search lead
- Proven winner with a deep desire to close big deals and earn large commissions
- Relationship-builder comfortable with a sales cycle of more than two/three months
- Self-starter that is able to follow instructions and go the extra mile
- Data-savvy and comfortable discussing technology
- Strong objection handler, with ability to think-on-feet
- Strong prospecting, presentation, and relationship-building experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; bonus if also comfortable with Google Slides and Salesforce
- Will be a quick-study on the search / pay per click / performance advertising market, as well as its dovetailing with brand marketing
- Can ask tough, thoughtful questions and be relentlessly competitive with a strong sense of urgency
- Highly analytical mindset
